Through our work with the CMHC Housing Supply Challenge program, we identified a critical gap — homeowners and small-scale developers lack clear, centralized financing information for ADUs, multiplex conversions, and gentle density projects. The process is often fragmented, complex, and discouraging. Meanwhile, financial institutions, government agencies, and housing organizations struggle to reach and support the very people who need these solutions the most.
